After reviewing your proposal, we'll refine any details and answer any questions you may have.
Once you're happy to proceed, a booking fee secures your date and your floral journey officially begins.

Design & Inspiration
Every wedding begins with inspiration.
We'll discuss your colour palette, aesthetic, favourite flowers, venue styling, and the overall feeling you want your guests to experience.
For The Creative Bride Collection, Micro Weddings, and The Wedding Edit, inspiration images, Pinterest boards, and design discussions help guide floral selections and styling details.
For The Haze Experience, a bespoke visual concept is created, including a curated moodboard, colour palette, floral varieties, textures, styling elements, and key design moments. This becomes the creative blueprint for your celebration and ensures every detail feels intentional and beautifully connected.

Planning & Flower Sourcing
Exceptional florals require thoughtful planning.
Approximately 2-4 months before your wedding, flower sourcing begins. We carefully secure seasonal blooms, specialty flowers, and any custom floral elements required for your design. Final quantities, styling details, and logistics are confirmed to ensure everything comes together seamlessly on the day.
The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to your wedding.

Floral Creation
In the days leading up to your celebration, your flowers are conditioned, prepared, and artistically arranged.
Every bouquet, installation, centrepiece, and floral detail is designed with care and intention, ensuring your florals arrive looking their absolute best.

Wedding Day
The big day has arrived.
Depending on your chosen wedding experience, this may include collection of pre-prepared florals, local delivery, venue setup, floral installation, styling, and on-site coordination.
For couples booking The Wedding Edit or The Haze Experience, we take care of the behind-the-scenes floral logistics and styling, ensuring every detail is beautifully placed and ready for your celebration.
For The Creative Bride Collection and selected Micro Weddings, flowers are prepared and supplied ready for collection or delivery, giving you the freedom to style your day your way.

Floral Keepsakes
Your flowers can become part of your story long after the wedding day.
As an optional add-on for preserved and dried floral clients, we can repurpose selected blooms into custom keepsake pieces, including decorative vases, framed mirrors, wall art, and styling pieces for your home.
Thoughtfully designed and handcrafted, these one-of-a-kind creations allow you to revisit the memories of your day every time you see them.
